The run that celebrates the uniqueness of each individual and the values of inclusiveness and diversity, Run For Inclusion, will be held on 29 and 30 October 2022 in Milan.
DHL Express Italy brings the topic of inclusion to the center of a new format. Thus was born the Run For Inclusion, a non-competitive race that celebrates the uniqueness of each individual. A competition open to all to share the importance of the values of diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and outdoor sports. CESVI Foundation and DHL together again for a good cause!
An initiative that highlights the shared values of inclusion and sustainability and the commitment of the CESVI Foundation, DHL Express Italy, and Uniting Group to celebrate them.
HOW RUN FOR INCLUSION WILL WORK
Designed to be traveled by running or walking, alone, with family or friends, it will take place in the heart of Milan starting from the Arco della Pace, an area transformed for the weekend of 29-30 October 2022 into a real village dedicated, theater of activities, information stands of the participating Associations including the CESVI Foundation, talks, and interventions to promote and tell the best of the themes of the appointment.
An inclusive route of 7.24 Km: a distance that symbolizes our commitment to overcome any discrimination 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. But that’s not all: along the way, some cheering points await you that will involve you in fun activities
The key moment of the weekend will be Sunday morning when the Run For Inclusion will start from the Arco della Pace to some of the symbolic places of Milan. The spotlight is on, however, already at noon on Saturday, with the official inauguration of the Village Run For Inclusion, also at the Arco della Pace, where CESVI will be present with a stand to welcome its runners with surprises and awards.
Even the race bib, the iconic element par excellence of every race, will live as a real manifesto for the themes of the race: participants will be able to write a personal thought next to the number, transforming it into a message and a symbol of freedom of expression. and inclusiveness that everyone can and must have.
Fundamental presence in support of Run For Inclusion and its values, some of the most important associations that will represent different areas, to celebrate inclusion at 360 °, among these the CESVI Foundation.
The initiative is also presented by RDS 100% Grandi Successi, which will also be the protagonist on the stage of the Village on 29 and 30 October.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Each participant, together with the purchase of the ticket, will have the opportunity to make a free donation to CESVI to support the House of smile program, in which the Foundation welcomes thousands of minors in conditions of poverty and vulnerability, ensuring their protection and a safe place to grow up and make your dreams come true.
Participation tickets can be purchased on the Run For Inclusion website, which also contains all the information, appointment times, and the area dedicated to donations for the Associations involved, including CESVI.
Just click on participate and register by paying the participation fee of € 15. You can also participate in a group, taking advantage of special packages. Registration will entitle you to collect your race pack on 29 or 30 October at the DHL Village at Arco della Pace or at the DHL Service Points in Milan participating in the initiative starting from 24 October. In the race pack, you will also find the bib to personalize with your message of inclusiveness to take over the finish line.
With the 15 € fee you will receive the race kit which includes the bib that can be personalized with your message of uniqueness, the official jersey with which we will race together, a small gift for you, and the insurance fee.
