Cesvi is an International NGO with its Head office in Italy, via Broseta 68/a, 2412, Bergamo. Cesvi has been one of the first INGOs intervening in Libya, as soon as the Arab Spring begun in 2011 and is carrying out a Humanitarian Protection Program in Tripoli and Misrata.
From January 2020 Cesvi, together with International Medical Corps (IMC), is implementing the project “PEERS: Protection Enabling Environment and Resilience Services”, funded by EU Emergency Trust Fund, that aims to strengthen protection and resilience of vulnerable and at-risk migrants at risk, refugees and host communities (including Internally Displaced Persons and returnees) in Misrata and Tripoli (Libya).
With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested Libyan national consultants living in Misrata (or able to move to) to present quotations to the following International Open Tender for the finalisation of a Communication and Visibility Plan of the project.
Terms & Conditions:
Technical and Professional requirements: an advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in communications, public relations, business administration, international relations, social science, law, political science or other relevant qualification is required. A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in communication, public relations, partnerships or media relations, excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
The position is open to Libya nationals ONLY and/or candidates that possess the legal permission to regularly work in Libya.
