In particular, Cesvi tries to enable a policy framework for transboundary natural resource management through: promoting dialogue among countries and concerned institutions; involving private sector; training and building local capacities; developing an appropriate Decision Support System (DSS) for long term planning and systemic management; establishing a Geographic Information System (GIS) to support spatial analysis.
