From the 1st January to the 31 December 2004, Cesvi initiatives in poor countries cost a total of 15,482,289 Euros plus an economic engagement for projects amounting to 2,801,228 Euros; 1,950,201 people were their primary beneficiaries; 665 people were employed as local staff, backed by 70 expatriates. The 2004 headquarters staff consisted of 34 persons, supported by hundreds of volunteers in Italy. During 2004, Cesvi collected 4,195,002 Euros of private donations.
The 2004 turnover amounted to 20,507,468 Euros. The general, financial, fundraising and information expenses corresponded to 10.84%.
